These terms of use (together with any documents or links referred in it) tells you the terms on which you may use our website found at yourpia.com (Pia), whether as a guest or registered user. Use of Pia includes accessing, chatting to our assistant, browsing, or registering to use any of the elements of Pia.
Please read these terms of use carefully before you use Pia. We may make changes to this policy from time to time and you should regularly review this page. By using Pia, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use Pia.

Other applicable terms

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of Pia: Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. Our Privacy Policy also includes our policy on cookies and how we use them on Pia to improve the service we offer.

Information about us

Pia is the trading name of OFF3R Ltd. yourpia.com is a site operated by OFF3R Ltd (`we` or `us`). We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 9663453) and our registered address is 29 Portland Place, London, W1B 1QB. Our VAT number is 221 3832 43.
Pia is an information site that lets investors learn about and compare investment opportunities and platforms; we are not an originator and we do not provide advice or recommendations in respect of any investment opportunity listed by our partner platforms.
We are not subject to schemes which seek to redress failings in financial services such as, in the United Kingdom, the Financial Ombudsman or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Your investment is not guaranteed by OFF3R Ltd., and you should not invest more money through any of our partners than you can afford to lose without altering your standard of living. You should consider carefully whether an investment is suitable in light of your personal circumstances, and if you are unsure whether an investment is suitable for you, please seek independent financial advice.

How do we make money?

Pia is made available free of charge. We do not charge you anything for this service and our partner platforms cannot pay for advertising space on Pia. We have commercial relationships with some of the partner platforms that are listed on Pia. If you use Pia to make an investment with one of our partner platforms, that partner platform may pay a fee to us based upon your activity, including if you register or make an investment.
We are committed to providing unbiased, transparent and objective information about the investment sector to help you better understand investing. We will not alter the ordering of investment providers nor the information we present to you on Pia based on the amount the partner platform pays us if you go on to register or invest with them.

Accessing Pia

We do not guarantee that Pia, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to Pia is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of Pia without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason Pia are unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to Pia. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access Pia through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them. You must be at least 18 years old to access the services on Pia.

In what territories can you use Pia?

Pia are directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through Pia is appropriate, available or otherwise approved for distribution in other locations. We may limit the availability of Pia or any service or product described on Pia to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access Pia from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk.

Changes to Pia

We may update Pia from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on Pia may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that Pia, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Your account and password

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@yourpia.com.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Pia, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from Pia for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on Pia. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on Pia must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on Pia for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any part of Pia in breach of these terms of use, your right to use Pia will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

You must not:

● disassemble or attempt to reverse engineer any software in Pia, except as permitted by law;
● copy, distribute or communicate to the public content from Pia or seek to copy, remove or alter any regulatory notices, trade marks, logos or business names from Pia; or
● use a program or application to scrape, copy or index the content from Pia.

No reliance on information

The content on Pia is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on Pia. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on Pia, we make no warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on Pia is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Third party links and resources in Pia

Pia contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and they will be governed by separate terms and conditions. We do not accept responsibility or liability for the content of any third party website, including whether or not any financial promotion is clear, fair and not misleading, as this is outside our control. You should ensure that you understand the regulatory notices, terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party website which you might be agreeing to. We check our partner platforms are regulated but you may wish to check the entity you are dealing with is properly regulated, for example in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can do this by checking the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.

Limitation of our liability

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to Pia or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for,

Losses that:

● were not foreseeable to you and us when this contract was formed; or
● that were not caused by any breach on our part; or
● loss of capital or investment opportunity or return;
● business losses; or
● losses to non-consumers

Arising under or in connection with:

● use of, or inability to use, Pia; or
● use of or reliance on any content displayed on Pia.
You agree not to use Pia for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Pia or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on Pia. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.


We do not guarantee that Pia will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access Pia. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse Pia by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Pia, the server on which Pia is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Pia. You must not attack Pia via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Pia will cease immediately.

Linking to Pia

You may link to our home page or another page on Pia, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.The link must be a follow link and you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to Pia in any website that is not owned by you. Pia must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. If you wish to make any use of content on Pia other than that set out above, please contact hello@yourpia.com.

Digital content

If we provide you with, or sell to you, any digital content on Pia you may have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to cancel an order. You will not be able to cancel an order for digital content once a download has commenced. We will acknowledge orders by email but in certain circumstances we do not have to accept an order. All digital content will only be provided in English. If we are unable to resolve any dispute with you, you may use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available on the Your Europe portal. The ODR platform only relates to additional services we may agree to supply and is not applicable to your use of Pia generally.

Applicable law

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any proceedings.
